Will this work for the condenser and LED?

I am bumbling my way through sourcing the stuff on the BoM.

Will this 3W (maybe 1W is better…not sure) LED w/ lens work as a replacement (assuming i modified the light./lens STL files?).

That is likely to be too much. The typical LED is more like 150mW. The lens on the LED will not replace the condenser lens, if that was what you were thinking of.

Thank you @WilliamW. Yes, that was what I was thinking. My challenge in my lack of knowledge is an opportunity to learn (and hopefully I can do that without too much pestering). I am grateful for your reply.
