Hello,I’ve completed the assembly and successfully connected my microscope to a screen, but the image appears to have a pinkish tone(the image will be attached below). I’ve already connected it to three different screens so it may not be the screen’s problem. I would like to make sure whether it is a normal situation or there’s a problem with the microscope.Thanks for helping.
Hi @ryaa. Have you run the camera calibration? The default default colour mapping of the camera makes it look pink in the middle when used in the microscope.
Set your microscope up with no sample, and check that the illumination is reasonably even - no really dark side. If if is not centred, loosen the screws on the illumination dovetail a little and adjust it.
Under settings in the microscope web app there is a camera section. Try the full calibration button. It should set the camera so that the empty slide is a flat mid-white.
