Anyone knows if the delta stage grid illumination has a fourier ptychography feature?
Very interesting concept. But I don’t think it is. Are you familiar with this paper?
I built it but could not reconstruct the images.
I did come across this paper but decided to go for the delta stage due to versatility. I guess fourier ptychography possible to implement with the existing hardware?
Also maybe this might help with your reconstruction https://youtu.be/9KJLWwbs_cQ?si=chiHXSgc9xYxBojx
I want to try ptychography, but i have not managed to get anyone available to work on it. My feeling is that the Microscope would be more appropriate than the Delta Stage. It moves in xy only, which is what you need for ptychography.
Is it possible to make a still version like Low-cost, sub-micron resolution, wide-field computational microscopy using opensource hardware - PubMed ?
Most definitely the hardware is there. Just need to add the LED array. I was able to make it work a while back but could not figure out how to build the image from the .npy files. It was painstakingly slow though. You kind of make me want to try it again l
