Hi @Patrick I’m afraid my French is not good enough to tell what the size of those calibration targets is. I have previously recommended some from GT Vision on here - the important things to check are:
- Get the smallest graticule you can - usually 10um divisions, for 40x or 100x even down to 2um should be resolvable.
- I suspect glass will be the best substrate because it matches microscope slides - those looked to be plastic, they may work but I’ve never tried it.
