I am facing callibrations erros, after I installed and the software the I keep getting errors that there is missing callibration component. After I still process to the callibration the z motor moves but there is another prompt saying that the camera move by certain coordinates but saw no motion.

If the Z motor is moving when you try to calibrate, that probably means the X and Z motors are swapped on your Sangaboard. The first thing I’d do is try swapping them around and see if that helps.
That one just says that the stage calibration did not work, which you know. Clicking next will make it try again. You probably want cancel for now.
Have you sorted out the motor connections? If you press the right and left arrow keys the image should move across. Up/down arrow keys should make the image move up and down. Page up/page down keys operate the focus. If you are far from focus you may not see the image change, but you should still be able to see the cog on the Z motor move a little.
