Additional drop-in filters with Openflexure

I built an Openflexure microscope recently. While digging through some old items I realised that I had some drop-in filters that were given to me a while back meant for an Olympus BH2-UMA illuminator.

I am new to microscopy (and optical stuff) so apologies if this is a naive question - can (or should) these filters be used with the Openflexure and has anyone already designed a modifified lens enclosure for such purposes?

Since OpenFlexure supports polarised light as one of its modes, you might look at seeing whether the sizing allows. For general discussion on optics and illumination, you might find better resources at the uManager site
