Hi, I am currently building a delta stage microscope and decided to use a infinity corrected objective. According to the assembly guide I should get a achromatic tube lens with f = 50mm for the 160mm tube length objectives, but I can’t find anything about the case with infinity corrected optics. I assume I should still get the same lens?
Yes, the same lens, but a different printed optics module. There is an STL with ‘infinity’ in the name for transmission illumination using infinity corrected objectives. It is linked in the front page of the Delta stage instructions. There does not seem to be an infinity corrected version built for reflection optics.
The camera on the optics modules for the Delta stage is rotated 45 degrees compared to the cartesian Microscope, so you do need to use the Delta stage optics module versions.
