I tried to capture a z-stack but the stage tries to autofocus and loses the object. This happens even when i set autofocus to off. I’ve also tried to zero the coordinates at where i want to start but it still doesn’t work.
Assuming this is v2, probably the easiest way to do this is to make a plug in. If you are able to provide a detailed description of the mode you want we can put it on the roadmap for v3.
Is this a single z-stack or during scanning? And you want to do a z-stack centred around the current focus?
