Error in Callibration

Please, how do I fix this? Also, although the motors moved, the stage and objective did not move

Did the first part of calibration work, for the white balance of the camera?
For the white balance correction you must have no slide at all, and the condenser position should be manually adjusted to get the brightest part centred on the camera image.
For the camera stage mapping you need to have any slide with some detail that the camera will be able to detect. It needs to be roughly in focus. A blank slide with permanent marker scribbled on can be very effective.

Neither calibration is necessary for basic operation. It can be helpful to press cancel to skip the calibrations and check over the imaging and motion first in the web app GUI. You can run the calibrations again from the settings tab later.

If it is the camera stage mapping that did not work you should check the motion. Make moves in x,y,z and see whether the correct motors are moving by the amount that you expect. The step motion is very small so try at least 4000 steps, which is one turn of the motor gear, half a turn of the large gear, and 0.25mm movement of the actuator column. Check that each motor does rotate the gears, and that when x is commanded x rotates etc. If the motors do move, check that the stage does move. If the stage is a long way off the central position (the ladder-like legs at a big angle) then it may not move because it has come to the end of travel. You need to work out which way to turn the actuators, which can often be simplest by removing the motors and turning the gears by hand to bring it back to the centre. Take care when putting the motors back on again because the screw threads in the plastic can strip quite easily.

Some pictures are always very helpful to see what might be the problem.
