Faster focus, different gearing

Focusing is rather slow when using low resolution lenses. As there is not enough space in the z axis actuator to insert bigger gears that can be found in the GitLab repository (issue #231), I made a motor adapter as well as a small drive gear which changes the ratio from 2:1 to 1:1.33

What is the backlash like with fewer teeth on the gears?
I had also thought about turning the motor to the outside, so that it is the same as on x and y axes. With an adapter like yours that might be quite easy to try, I had been thinking it needed modification to the body code to move the motor lugs to the other side.

With the current design there is some play/backlash, I can move the drive gear in a range of around 20°. I guess this could still be optimized a bit. What do you think of a direct drive by the way? This is actually what I had in mind first.

Direct drive has been suggested often, but I think not tried.
