I have a couple of challenges with my OFM setup. I have modified it for malaria detection using two polarizers. The OFM often shuts off when I use the stack scan, and the camera-stage calibration does not always work.
We’d love to hear more about the modifications and how you are using them for malaria detection.
As for the scan not working. Can you give us a few more details. What version oo the software are you using, do you have a video of exactly what happens, it fully powers off, or the server crashes?Is anything shown in the log file?
