Hi everyone!

We’ve finally released our fork of the already wonderful `picamera` library, including full lens-shading support and gain control:

> **[picamerax](https://pypi.org/project/picamerax/)**
>
> A pure Python interface for the Raspberry Pi camera module, with extra features and fixes.

It includes some other fixes enabling bayer data on the new HQ camera, and auto white balance fixes for the latest Pi firmware.

The source code is available here: [https://github.com/labthings/picamerax](https://github.com/labthings/picamerax)

Feedback and feature requests are welcomed.
